The next generation of freestyle is ready to take off.
NXT:GEN is the official talent pathway to NIGHT of the JUMPs. Designed to bridge the gap between amateur contests and professional competition, the series offers riders the chance to perform on a professional contest setup, in front of a live audience, and under real event conditions.
The 2026 NXT:GEN will stop in four locations across Europe. It kicks off from June 19 to 21 in Westendorf, Austria, as part of the Bike & Fly Festival, before moving to Dresden, Germany, on June 27 and 28 during SZ Radfest. On July 10 and 11, the tour continues to Luxembourg, followed by the final stop in Dornbirn, Austria, on August 21 and 22.
At each tour stop, athletes compete not only for event victory but also for a major opportunity: the winner of each event earns a wildcard for a NIGHT of the JUMPs show, including payment, hotel, and travel. Even more is on the line across the season. The overall tour winner - determined by performance over multiple stops - secures a full NIGHT of the JUMPs season contract. The more events a rider enters and the stronger they perform, the greater their chances of stepping into the professional series.
NXT:GEN is open to riders competing in MTB, BMX, and scooter disciplines who are ready to take on the 8-metre ramp and push their limits. The series is open to all genders and welcomes young, motivated athletes who are serious about turning progression into a professional career.
