Dornbirn Sets a Benchmark for Youth – With a Next-Generation Action Sports Event

On August 22 and 23, 2025, the forecourt of the Kulturhaus Dornbirn will transform into a vibrant hub for action sports fans from across Europe. With NIGHT of the JUMPs NXT:GEN, an entirely new event format is coming to town – with a clear goal: to support the next generation of freestyle athletes and give young talent the opportunity to step onto the international stage.

Dornbirn is showing an exceptional level of commitment to this project. The city is sending a strong message in support of youth development, sports, creativity, and self-initiative – bringing together industry, craft, and gastronomy from Vorarlberg to back this new platform. But the event is much more than a show – it’s a springboard. At NIGHT of the JUMPs NXT:GEN, young riders in the disciplines of BMX, MTB, scooter, and trampoline will have the chance to qualify for a spot on the prestigious NIGHT of the JUMPs World Tour.

The project is backed by strong regional partners who recognized the potential of this concept early on:

• VoÜs joins as the local beverage partner, offering refreshing drinks with a regional touch.

• Doppelmayr presents its training program under the motto “NoLimits”, showing young people that career and passion can go hand in hand.

• Illwerke VKW supports the event as an innovative energy partner.

• Panoramahaus Dornbirn not only provides premium accommodations for the organization and pro riders but also offers special discounted rates for the participating young athletes from across Europe.

• Highmatrausch hosts a Come-Together on Friday evening, bringing pros and amateurs together in their iconic location.

RED BULL, as a global partner of NIGHT of the JUMPs, will be on-site with music and drinks, actively supporting the next generation of action sports athletes.

The heart of the event is the public contest on August 23, 2025, in front of the Kulturhaus, where young riders will showcase their skills and be judged by an international jury. In addition to the competitions, visitors can look forward to a varied program with live commentary, side events, and more – free admission for all spectators.
