“Sick” Nick de Wit is definitely Africas best FMX-Rider. The 24 year old South African started with Motocross Racing in mid of the 90ies but made his step to FMX in 2001. Two years later he participated at European contests. 2004 was his international breakthru. He ended up on #5 at the IFMXF World Cup in Dresden and reached #4 at the IFMXF Wolrd Cup in Namibia. 2005 Nick integrated Backflips in his runs and had good results at most of the NIGHT of the JUMPs. In the end of last year Nick did big Backflips and trained on some Backflip Combos.
In the South African FMX ranking Nick is on top position. 2006 he will attack the IFMXF Worldranking and try to make it in the Top 3.
